I just had my first version 2.0 of the Impossible burger. This new version is gluten free and has less saturated fat and less sodium. Sadly it also tastes half as good as Version 1.0 . If you can't get version 1.0, I urge you to get a Beyond Burger instead.
Now I haven't eaten meat since 1978 so maybe version 2.0 is better than 1.0 as far as meat eaters are concerned., but but not as far as I am concerned.
